Custom synthesis questions
What information do you need to start?
The target structure or name (a CAS number helps), the quantity you need, the purity and any analytical data required, and your timeline. A short brief is enough; we ask follow-up questions if needed.
Do you keep our project confidential?
Yes. Structures and project details are handled in confidence, and we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share them.
What scale can you work at?
Projects are planned individually, from lab-scale material for research up to larger quantities where the route supports it. Tell us the quantity you need and we confirm feasibility in the quotation.
Can you supply analytical data?
We agree the data package with you at the start of the project, for example HPLC purity and spectroscopic characterisation, so the material arrives with what your team needs.
How long does a project take?
It depends on route complexity and scale. We give an indicative timeline with the quotation and update you as the project moves.
Can you also supply the solvents and consumables for the project?
Yes. Use the same enquiry to include any reagents, solvents, glassware or consumables you need alongside the synthesis.
